DULLES CORRIDOR METRORAIL PROJECT - PHASE 2
Lane Closures and Detour Tonight on the Dulles Toll Road, Dulles International Airport Access Highway and Dulles Greenway - Friday, June 24
Night time construction activities will take place Friday, June 24, causing lane closures and a detour on the Dulles Toll Road, Dulles International Airport Access Highway and the Dulles Greenway.
Please stay alert, obey all signage and drive carefully. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Dulles Toll Road (DTR) East
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 10 p.m. to 6 p.m.
What: Double left lane closure, alternating to a double right lane closure upon completion of work in the left lanes
Where: From mile marker 2.0 to 4.0 (from 4/10 mile past the main line toll booth to 2/10 mile before the Fairfax County Parkway Overpass)
Why: Striping
Dulles Toll Road (DTR) West
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Left lane closed
Where: From mile marker 4.0 to 3.3 (from 2/10 mile past the Fairfax County Parkway overpass to 1/10 mile past the Monroe Street overpass)
Why: Jack and bore operations
Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) East
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Eastbound lane reductions begin at 9 p.m. Eastbound full closure begins at 10 p.m. Follow detour; EB DIAAH reopens at 5 a.m.
Where: From Saarinen Circle to mile marker 0.3 (near the Rudder Road overpass)
Why: Installation of a concrete span across the eastbound DIAAH
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 7 p.m. to 2 p.m.
What: Left lane closed
Where: From mile marker 0.1 to 1.7 (from just before the Aviation Drive overpass to 5/10 mile past the Route 28 overpass)
Why: Construction entrance acceleration/deceleration lane
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Right lane closed
Where: From mile marker 4.3 to 5.3 (from 1/10 mile past the Fairfax County Parkway overpass to 1/10 mile past the Reston Parkway overpass)
Why: Construction entrance acceleration/deceleration lane
Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) West
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Right lane closed
Where: From mile marker 4.0 to 3.3 (from 2/10 mile past the Fairfax County Parkway overpass to 1/10 mile past the Monroe Street overpass)
Why: Road work
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 7 p.m. to 2 p.m.
What: Left lane closed
Where: From mile marker 1.8 to 0.4 (from 6/10 mile before the Route 28 overpass to 1/10 mile past the Rudder Road overpass)
Why: Road work
When: Friday, June 24 - Saturday, June 25, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Two left lanes closed; right lane diverted around work area. Traffic on ramp from Aviation Drive must stop.
Where: From mile marker 0.4 to Saarinen Circle (from Rudder Road overpass to Saarinen Circle near Garage 1)
Why: Installation of a concrete span across the westbound DIAAH.
Dulles Greenway West
When: Friday, June 24, 8 p.m. - Saturday, June 25, midnight
What: Right lane closed
Where: From mile marker 12.0 to 11.4 (from 4/10 mile after the mainline toll plaza, continuing along the ramp to eastbound Old Ox Road)
Why: Construction entrance acceleration/deceleration lane
