Lane Closures Overnight on the Dulles International Airport Access Highway and Dulles Greenway - Thursday, Oct. 26
Nighttime construction activities will take place overnight on Thursday, Oct. 26, causing lane closures on the Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) and Dulles Greenway.
See below for more detailed information. All work is weather permitting.
Drivers are asked to use caution, remain attentive to all signage, barricades and speed limits, and obey all police and flagger instructions. Slow-moving vehicles and equipment may be entering and exiting the highways and surrounding roads.

Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) East
When: Thursday, Oct. 26, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Two lanes closed, then full closure
Where: From Saarinen Circle to mile marker 0.4 (near the Rudder Road overpass). Lane closures begin at 7 p.m. Full closure begins at 10 p.m. Follow detour.
Why: Aerial guideway construction
Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) West
When: Thursday, Oct. 26, 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Two lanes closed, then full closure
Where: From mile marker 0.3 to Saarinen Circle (from 2/10 mile past the Rudder Road overpass to Saarinen Circle near Garage 1), lane closures begin at 7 p.m. At 10 p.m., traffic will be diverted around work area.
Why: Aerial guideway construction
Dulles Greenway West
When: Thursday, Oct. 26, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
What: Right lane closed
Where: From mile marker 12.1 to 11.5 (from 3/10 mile past the mainline toll plaza to 5/10 mile before the Old Ox Road overpass)
Why: Civil work
