Lane Closures Scheduled Along Eastbound and Westbound Dulles Toll Road and Sunset Hills Road May 18 - May 22
 
Lane closures are scheduled Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, along the eastbound and westbound Dulles Toll Road near the future Reston Town Center Station to permit Silver Line Phase 2 crews to perform stormwater management work.

Dulles Toll Road - Eastbound
 
When:   Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, 10 a.m. - 3: 30 p.m.
What:    Partial exit ramp closure
Where: From just west of the Monroe Street Overpass to just west of the Herndon - Monroe bus bay entrance
Why:  Equipment pick up
 
When:   Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, 10 a.m. - 3: 30 p.m.
What:   Partial exit ramp closure
Where: From the Reston Parkway ramp to 200 feet prior to the Reston Parkway ramp
Why:  Materials drop off
 
When:   Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, 9 a.m. - 3: 30 p.m.
What:    Partial exit ramp closure
Where: From the Dulles Toll Road ramp to 200 feet prior to the Dulles Toll Road ramp
Why:  Paving
 
Dulles Toll Road - Westbound
 
When:   Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, 10 a.m. - 3: 30 p.m.
What:    Right shoulder closure
Where: From the Dulles Toll Road ramp to 200 feet prior to the end of Dulles Toll Road ramp
Why:  Fence installation and concrete work
 
Sunset Hills Road - Eastbound
When:   Monday, May 18, through Thursday, May 21, 8 a.m. - 3: 30  p.m., and Friday, May 22, 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
What:   Single right lane closure
Where: From 280 Feet east of Fairfax County Parkway to just west of Reston Parkway
Why:    Stormwater Management Work
 
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
 
Signs and barrels will be used to help direct traffic and minimize impacts.  Drivers should use extreme caution in the areas and allow extra time to travel in these areas.
