Overhead Sign Removal & Replacement at Saarinen Circle
Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, 9 p.m. to Saturday, Dec. 8, 7 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 8, 7 p.m. to Sunday, Dec. 9, 5 a.m.
Beginning on or about Friday, Dec. 7 at 9:00 p.m., Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing work for overhead removal and replacement of truss signage at Saarinen Circle.
Crews will be working to complete this activity for the entirety of the Friday and Saturday night shifts. Hours stated above. During this time, three right lanes will be closed with one right lane open to traffic. Please note that there will be up to 20-minute full stoppages as necessary from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. both Friday and Saturday night for overhead lifts. All work is weather permitting. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
