REMINDER: Overnight Detour for
Westbound Dulles International Airport Access Highway
Saturday, Jan. 13 at 10 p.m. - Sunday, Jan. 14 at 6 a.m.
The previously scheduled detour to the westbound Dulles Toll Road between Beulah Road and Route 28 on Friday, Jan. 12 at 10 p.m. is
cancelled due to inclement weather.
On Saturday, Jan. 13, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday morning, drivers using the westbound Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) will experience a detour to the westbound Dulles Toll Road between Beulah Road and Route 28 while Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews construct the Innovation Center Metrorail Station in the median of the DIAAH. This detour is dependent upon wind and weather advisories. See details below and on the next page.
Figure 1: Traffic on the WB DIAAH will be diverted to the WB DTR near mile marker 8.3.
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage, barricades and police instructions. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
