Triple Lane Closures on Eastbound Dulles Toll Road for Striping
Sunday night, Aug. 18, through Sunday morning, Aug. 25,
10 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night
Beginning on or about Sunday night, Aug. 18, and continuing until Sunday morning, Aug. 25, Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing striping work along the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR), requiring the alternating closures of three left or right lanes during night shift hours of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning at mile marker 2.3, near Centreville Road, and continuing to mile marker 5.2 at Reston Parkway. Traffic from the eastbound DTR should be aware of the change in pattern (see image below).
All work is weather dependent and subject to change. Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
