WEEKEND TRIPLE LEFT LANE CLOSURE WITH 20-MINUTE STOPPAGES ON WB DULLES TOLL ROAD, JAN. 15-18
Pedestrian Bridge Work Runs from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nightly

Beginning on or about Friday, Jan. 15, at 7 p.m. until Monday, Jan. 18, at 5 a.m., Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing pedestrian bridge utility work nightly along the westbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR), requiring the full closure of three left lanes beginning at mile marker 7.1, just east of Weihle Avenue and continuing through mile marker 3.5, at the west end of Herndon Station. Traffic from the westbound DTR should be aware of the change in pattern and can expect up to 20-minute full stoppages between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. each night (see images below).

All work is weather dependent and subject to change. Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
