DULLES CORRIDOR METRORAIL PROJECT
Lane Closures Tonight, March 26, 2015
Road work will take place in the evening on Thursday, March 26 and into the early morning of Friday, March 27 causing lane closures on Leesburg Pike, the Dulles Toll Road (DTR), and the Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH).
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
Leesburg Pike (Route 7) East
When: Thursday, March 26, 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.
What: Right and center thru lanes of Route 7 eastbound closed
Where: From Dulles Toll Road to Spring Hill Road
Why: Water valve & asphalt repairs
When: Thursday, March 26 - Friday, March 27, 12 a.m. to 2 a.m.
What: Right and center thru lanes of Route 7 eastbound closed
Where: From Spring Hill Road to Route 123
Why: Water valve & asphalt repairs
Dulles Toll Road (DTR) East
When: Thursday, March 26 - Friday, March 27, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Left lane closed
Where: From mile marker 1.4 to 3.2 (from 2/10 mile past the Route 28 overpass to 2/10 mile before the Monroe Street overpass)
Why: Jack and bore operations
Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH) East
When: Thursday, March 26 - Friday, March 27, 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Alternating right and left lane closures of varying lengths
Where: From mile marker 0.6 to 1.2 (from the Dulles Greenway ramp overpass to the Route 28 overpass)
Why: Construction entrance acceleration/deceleration lane
