DULLES CORRIDOR METRORAIL PROJECT - PHASE 2
Nighttime Lane Closures on Westbound Dulles Greenway - Friday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21
On Friday and Saturday nights, July 20 and July 21, pedestrian bridge construction will continue along the westbound Dulles Greenway, requiring double lane closures and 20-minute stoppages each night. Please see below for more detailed information.
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY! Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all police and flagger instructions, signage, and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highways at various times.
Dulles Greenway West
When: Friday, July 20, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Two left lanes closed with intermittent 20 minute stoppages of the right through lane
Where:From mile marker 12.0 to 10.7 (from approximately 4/10 mile west of the Main Toll Plaza to 3/10 mile past the Old Ox Road overpass)
Why: Pedestrian bridge construction
When: Saturday, July 21, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
What: Two left lanes closed with intermittent 20 minute stoppages of the right through lane
Where: From mile marker 10.0 to 8.8 (from approximately 2/10 mile before the Loudoun County Parkway overpass to 4/10 mile before the Ashburn Village Boulevard overpass)
Why: Pedestrian bridge construction
