Lane Closures and 20-Minute Stoppages on the Eastbound Dulles Toll Road, 10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4

On or about Tuesday, August 3 at 10 p.m., and continuing through Wednesday, August 4 at 5 a.m., Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews will be performing maintenance on the safety cable atop the roof of the Reston Town Center Station pedestrian bridge that crosses over the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR). The work will require a triple lane closure with 20-minute traffic stoppages after midnight each night on the DTR. Traffic on the eastbound DTR should be aware of the change in pattern and, after midnight, can expect up to 20-minute full stoppages of the right lane (see image below).

Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Traffic should be aware of the change in pattern. All work is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled.
