Triple Left Lane Closure with 20 Minute Stoppages on Eastbound Dulles Toll Road for Pedestrian Bridge Utilities
Monday, Jan. 21, at 10 p.m. to
Tuesday, Jan. 22, at 5 a.m.
Beginning on or about Monday, Jan. 21 at 10 p.m. and continuing through Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 5 a.m., Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing pedestrian bridge utility work along the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR), requiring the full closure of three left lanes beginning at mile marker 2.2, just east of Innovation Center Station, and continuing through mile marker 3.7 to Herndon Station. Traffic from the eastbound DTR should be aware of the change in pattern and can expect up to 20 minute full stoppages (see map below).
All work is weather dependent and subject to change. Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
