Triple Left Lane Closure with 20-Minute Stoppages
on Eastbound Dulles Toll Road
Tuesday, April 6, 9 p.m. to Wednesday, April 7, 5 a.m.

Beginning Tuesday night, April 6, Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing civil work along the eastbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR), requiring the closure of three left lanes during the night shift hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning at mile marker 3.3, near Herndon Station, and continuing to mile marker 5.2 just beyond Reston Parkway. Traffic from the eastbound DTR should be aware of the change in pattern and can expect up to 20 minute full stoppages (see image below).
Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Traffic should be aware of the change in pattern. All work is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled.
