Westbound Dulles Access Highway Traffic to be Detoured Daily Weekend of September 11-12

On Saturday, September 11, and Sunday, September 12, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP) crews will be performing civil work, requiring the full closure of a portion of the westbound Dulles International Airport Access Highway (DIAAH). At mile marker 8.3, traffic will be redirected to the left lane of the westbound Dulles Toll Road (DTR) from the DIAAH. At mile marker 1.7, near the Route 28 toll plaza, traffic will be able to re-enter the DIAAH towards the airport. The ramps to the westbound DIAAH at mile marker 9.0 and 3.3 will be closed to traffic. All work is weather dependent.

All work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades. Traffic should be aware of the change in pattern. All work is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled.
