Nighttime Lane Closures on Westbound Dulles Toll Road - Friday, July 13
On Friday night, July 13, Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews will install electrical, plumbing and fire suppression equipment on the underside of the pedestrian bridges at the Herndon Metrorail Station, requiring lane closures and stoppages of up to 20 minutes on the westbound Dulles Toll Road. Please see below for more detailed information.
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY! Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all police and flagger instructions, signage, and barricades. Large, slow-moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highways at various times.
Dulles Toll Road West
When: Friday, July 13, 10 pm. to 6 a.m.
What: Three left lanes closed with intermittent 20 minute stoppages of the right through lane after midnight.
Where: From mile marker 5.1 to 3.5 (between the Reston Parkway and Monroe Street/Van Buren Street overpasses)
