Partial Closure of Exit Lane From
Saarinen Circle to Dulles Airport Garages
Dulles International Airport patrons and employees should be aware of the partial exit lane closure that will modify traffic flow for vehicles exiting Saarinen Circle to Garages 1 and 2.  Beginning  on  March 19, 2020  until  Summer 2020, the exit lane off of Saarinen Circle that leads to the parking garages will be shortened (see graphic below). The closure will permit construction of the steel and glass windscreen on the south side of station as part of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. On Saarinen Circle, the three (3) existing through traffic lanes to the Terminal, as well as the dedicated exit lane to the parking bowl, will remain in full operation during this work.
All work is weather dependent and subject to change.  Drivers are asked to use caution and pay attention to all signage and barricades.  Large, slow moving vehicles may be exiting and entering the highway at various times.
